Sales Management Coordinator
Requirements:

Graduate of any degree courses
Male; at least 24 years old
With exposure in Sales and Marketing in a Real Estate industry

Purchaser
Requirements:

Candidate must be a graduate of any engineering courses or any allied courses
Male; not more than 35 years old
Must have at least 7 years experience in purchasing, of which is 3 in supervisory capacity
Has exposure and familiarity in purchasing construction materials; gained from construction industry, is advantage
Must have high a level of integrity and excellent negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office Application

Project Development Manager
Requirements:

Graduate of degree course preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales Management, Accountancy, Civil Engineering or any allied courses
Male or Female; not more than 40 years old
Adept in Financial Management (cash flow analysis), Project Mobilization and Marketing and Sales Management
Minimum of 7 years experience in Project Development of which is 3 years in managerial capacity
Strong work knowledge in real estate business and has financial orientation.
Able to supervise/manage horizontal and vertical projects (i.e high rise, mid rise condominium, house and lot)
Proven leadership skills.
Highly analytical and person of good moral character

Project Accountant
Requirements:

Graduate of Accountancy, preferably CPA
Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
With at least 1 year experience in project accounting (e.g monitoring of buyers' subsidiary ledger, recording of sales; cost of sales and other expenses, generating project financial statements
Detailed-oriented and has sound financial judgment
Relevant experience in real estate or construction industry, an advantage
Adept in MS Office Application, familiar on PIVOT and advantage

Turnover Assistant
Requirements:

Candidate must be a graduate of Architecture or Engineering course (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
Male/Female; not more than 27 years old
Preferably with background in construction/real estate industry
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Purchasing Manager
Requirements:

Graduate of BS Administration/Management or Engineering course
With at least 10 years of proven track record in leading a purchasing team in a construction/real estate industry, 5 years managerial capacity
Proven track record of vendor management and inventory
Analytical, resourceful and has proven negotiation skills
Hands on knowledge on Enterprise Resouce Planning (ERP) system

Requirements:

Broker Coordinator
Requirements:

Requirements:

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (English language)

Treasury Assistant
Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Male/Female: 23 - 30 years old
Has good background in Bank Recon and Cash Management
Experienced with Real Estate industry, an advantage
Must be able to work long hours

QS/Cost Engineer
Requirements:

Graduate of Civil Engineering
Female; not more than 27 years old
With at least minimum of 2 years related experience
With exposure on vertical and horizontal construction

Tax Specialist
Requirements:

Graduate of Accountancy (preferably CPA)
Minimum of 1 year experience in taxation of real estate company
Familiar with taxation laws and compliance
Proficient in MS Excel
Can work under minimum supervision

Customer Care Assistant
Requirements:

Graduate of any four (4) year degree course (preferably Business related course)
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in customer service of a real estate company
Has a good customer relations skills, friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times
Can handle work pressure, and has good temper in handling different types of customer
Has pleasing personality and person of good moral character
Familiar with PIVOT table, an advantage

Requirements:
