Requirements:

Project Development Manager
Requirements:

  • Graduate of degree course preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales Management, Accountancy, Civil Engineering or any allied courses
  • Male or Female; not more than 40 years old
  • Adept in Financial Management (cash flow analysis), Project Mobilization and Marketing and Sales Management
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Project Development of which is 3 years in managerial capacity
  • Strong work knowledge in real estate business and has financial orientation.
  • Able to supervise/manage horizontal and vertical projects (i.e high rise, mid rise condominium, house and lot)

Project Accountant
Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, preferably CPA
  • Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
  • With at least 1 year experience in project accounting (e.g monitoring of buyers' subsidiary ledger, recording of sales; cost of sales and other expenses, generating project financial statements
  • Detailed-oriented and has sound financial judgment
  • Relevant experience in real estate or construction industry, an advantage

Requirements:

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business course, Management, Accountancy, Banking and Finance or equivalent

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (English language)

Treasury Assistant
Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year degree course (preferably Business related course)

  • Has a good customer relations skills, friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times
  • Can handle work pressure, and has good temper in handling different types of customer

Requirements:
