DMCI Homes Launches My Perks Privilege Card
In its continuous quest for ways to assure client satisfaction, DMCI Homes is set to launch the My Perks privilege card. This special homeowner benefit aims to provide clients the extra special treatment they truly deserve.
My Perks entitles cardholders to add-on rewards and exclusive benefits that aims to maximize smart living for DMCI Homes homeowners. It is a privilege pass to the finest dining destinations, luxurious shops, great spas, wellness and beauty hubs in Metro Manila and Boracay. Cardholders will get to enjoy exclusive discounts as well as special gifts every time they drop into partner establishments.
For the project's initial phase, those who are entitled to the My Perks Privilege Card are the Alta Vista de Boracay and Mahogany Place III unit owners as well as buyers with closed sales. Soon, entitled homeowners can look forward to My Perks as the access pass to ease up, relax and get the best out of everyday living.
Program Mechanics:
- Buyers of Alta Vista de Boracay and Mahogany Place III with closed sales, including current unit owners are eligible to receive the My Perks privilege card program by DMCI Homes. They will automatically be informed about the promo via registered mail or through the Property Management Office.
- Qualified buyers of Alta Vista de Boracay and Mahogany Place III will automatically receive the program kit consisting of Program Envelope, Brochure, and ATM-type Card
- For buyers of Alta Vista de Boracay and Mahogany Place III, the My Perks privilege card program will be released subject to verification from DMCI Homes' Documentation Group, Finance Group, and Admin Support.
- Program Kits shall be distributed starting April 2009 to qualified Buyers. The card is valid until December 2009. Promo period is from April 15 to December 31, 2009.
- The DMCI Homes My Perks program kits contain a listing of privileges, freebies, and discounts from merchant partners - restaurants, boutiques, specialty shops, health & beauty establishments and many more.
- To avail of the privileges, freebies, and discounts, cardholders must present the card to participating merchants of the My Perks privilege card program. The card is not transferable and not convertible to cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos, discount or privileges by participating merchants.
