DMCI Homes among BCI Asiaâs Top Ten Developers for 2020, 2021

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes was again named as one of the Philippines Top Ten Developers in the BCI Asia Awards for 2020 and 2021. This is the fourth consecutive year that DMCI Homes was recognized for this award.
Senior Vice President for Design & Engineering, Construction, and Asset Disposal Adrian Calimbas received the awards on behalf of the DMCI Homes during the special virtual ceremony held last June 18, 2021.
“We’re really grateful to BCI Asia for this back-to-back recognition you have given us for this year and 2020. We appreciate the continuous efforts that BCI Asia does to recognize the construction projects here in the Philippines that address the needs of various stakeholders as we move forward to a brighter future,” Calimbas said in accepting the awards.
“Despite the current pandemic we are all experiencing, we were able to adjust our construction strategies and continuously adapt to the new normal and executing excellence in our works. With this, I would like to commend and congratulate the whole DMCI Homes organization, from the management, staff, and down to our construction workers for showing resiliency during these trying times,” he added.
The Top Ten Developers are identified as the firms with the aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year by the extent of their sustainability and confirmed Green building ratings according to BCI Asia.
DMCI Homes also won the award in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2019.
Last year’s awarding was postponed due to the global coronavirus health crisis.
BCI Asia Awards recognizes developers and architecture firms that have built and designed the greatest volume of buildings, as well as ecologically sensitive projects and impressive interiors in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Now on its 16th year, the BCI Asia Awards has become one of the most coveted awards for the Asian construction and design industry.
