Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is eyeing to launch four more residential condominium projects in Quezon City in the coming months amid high demand for residential properties in the former Philippine capital.

Among the projects lined up for launching in Quezon City is The Oriana, a two-tower residential development in Brgy. Marilag, Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City. Aside from The Oriana, the company is also currently working on the plans and permits of three other projects that will be built in other parts of the city within 2021.

DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said the company’s optimism stems from favorable market studies which show “property hot spot” Quezon City as the top preferred location to live in for of homebuyers.

Just recently, a report by property finder Lamudi titled "Hotspots Unwrapped: 2020's Most Popular Locations" also showed Quezon City as the most in-demand location in Metro Manila for property seekers.

“Four from the list of projects we are planning to launch this year are in Quezon City. We are eager to help address the big residential demand with our brand of quality and best value condominiums,” Yap said.

With a total of 14 ongoing ready-for-occupancy (RFO) projects and condos for rent in Quezon City, the city currently serves as the location where DMCI Homes has the most projects in the National Capital Region.

These include pre-selling developments like The Crestmont, Cameron Residences, Infina Towers, The Orabella, and The Celandine as well as RFO projects like Zinnia Towers, Viera Residences, The Amaryllis, One Castilla Place, The Manors at Celebrity Place, The Redwoods, Stellar Place, Magnolia Place, and Accolade Place.

Dubbed as the “green lung” of Metro Manila with its open spaces and nature parks, Quezon City has always radiated a vibrant yet homey vibe which has made it a preferred place to live for urban dwellers.

Its advantageous location also makes it an excellent takeoff point going to top universities, national government agencies, nature parks and commercial centers across the metro.

Moreover, big ticket infrastructures traversing the largest city in Metro Manila such as the Skyway Stage 3 project, MRT7, and the Metro Manila Subway Project have further made Quezon City an attractive location for both homebuyers and investors.
