DMCI Homes revitalizes amenities of ready for occupancy projects

April 21, 2022

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has completed the renovation of a number of amenities and facilities in various ready for occupancy (RFO) condominiums.

These include the children’s play area in Cedar Crest and Royal Palm Residences at Acacia Estates, Taguig, which have been restored to good condition.

DMCI Homes has also rehabilitated the pool deck of Rhapsody Residences; installed windbreakers in Stellar Place; and put in place polycarbonate roofing at the Wisteria, Marsala, Peridot, Canary, and Aqua buildings of Verawood Residences.

Spearheaded by DMCI Homes’ Enhancement Committee (EnCom), the renovation project is in line with the company’s commitment to ensure that completed condominiums continue to be healthy and suitable for the well-being of residents.

Unlike other developers, DMCI Homes has made it a commitment to continue supporting its completed projects with Property Management Offices (PMOs) that manage the upkeep, maintenance, site enhancement, and operations of the condominiums.

Beyond the physical structures, DMCI Homes also institutes community-building initiatives, such as visioning workshops for community councils, and character-building activities for children and families.

DMCI Homes is the Philippines’ first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay, and Davao City.

The company has now has more than 60 properties in its portfolio since it was launched in 1999.
