Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes’ distinctive, industry-first services have received prestigious recognition at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, underscoring the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and innovation.

DMCI Homes won the Gold Award for Innovation in Transportation & Logistics, highlighting the RideShare feature in the DMCI Communities Mobile App, and the Silver Award for the Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service with the DMCI Communities App.

The DMCI Communities Mobile App and RideShare have been developed through a collaboration between DMCI Homes and digital marketing agency, Propelrr.

RideShare is an app-based carpool program offered by DMCI Homes for residents of its condo communities. 

This initiative provides a sustainable solution addressing rising fuel prices and challenging traffic conditions while facilitating easier commuting for residents.

By fostering a sense of community and collaboration, RideShare encourages carpooling among neighbors and helps reduce traffic congestion.

The service is one of the first and only multi-point ride-sharing shuttle service mobile apps in the Philippines, exclusively available to condo dwellers through the DMCI Communities Mobile App.

RideShare maintains multiple active routes within key areas in Metro Manila, connecting DMCI Homes condos to important locations such as educational institutions, central business districts, and office locations.

On the other hand, the DMCI Communities Mobile App has become an indispensable tool for residents in over 60 condo communities since its launch in 2019. 

Designed to provide easy access to property management and resident services, the app revolutionizes condo living by putting essential functions at residents' fingertips.

Residents can effortlessly stay informed about community activities, transact with Property Management Offices (PMOs), and access important notifications. 

From viewing statements of accounts to processing gate passes and work permit applications, the app simplifies daily tasks, saving residents valuable time and effort.

The innovation doesn't stop there. The app now also features an Electronic ID, designed to ensure residents' safety with hassle-free, secure identification. 

Additionally, residents from selected communities can conveniently book RideShare Carpool rides through the app, offering a worry-free travel solution in the metro.
