The extended train line is set to start partial operations by the fourth quarter of 2024 or just months after the turnover of Cadence, the first of three condominium towers within Sonora Garden Residences. 

Cadence is a 40-storey building that features resort-themed amenities and offers spacious cuts for one to three-bedroom condo units. The tower will be ready for occupancy by June next year.

Minutes away from Sucat Road, CAVITEX
