Condo demand soars for DMCI Homes in 2025

Demand for new residential condominium units developed by DMCI Homes remains upbeat, with a strong pickup in sales recorded between January-March 2025. The Quadruple A developer recorded a significant increase in sales of ready-for-occupancy (RFO) units across DMCI Homes completed buildings nationwide. RFO units now account for 44% of total condominium sales, up from 25% in 2024, with 503 units sold.
