Likewise completed are the Linden and Aspen buildings of Maple Place and the Adelfa and Abaca buildings of Ivory Wood. Maple Place and Ivory Wood are mid-rise projects that are both located in DMCI Homes’ Acacia Estates township in the City of Taguig.
Eight of the 10 buildings were completed ahead of time, with Linden building of Maple Place being delivered 13 months earlier than committed schedule.
Meanwhile, set for turnover in the remaining months of 2019 is the Raja building of Alea Residences—the company's pioneering mid-rise condominium development in Bacoor City, Cavite.
“We always endeavor not only to offer quality and value-for-money homes but also to deliver them on or ahead of schedule as our way of giving back to our clients who have trusted us with their hard-earned money and savings,” DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria said.
