Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has entered into a five-year partnership with the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) to advance good governance, sustainability, and social impact initiatives across the Philippines.

The agreement, formalized recently by DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria and ISA Chairman Francisco Del Rosario Jr. at the DMCI Homes Corporate Center in Makati City, makes DMCI Homes a Bronze Partner of ISA’s Foundation Builders Program—a multi-year initiative that mobilizes organizations to champion long-term reforms in governance and societal development.

As a non-stock, non-profit, and non-government organization, ISA focuses on fostering good governance in the Philippine bureaucracy by implementing impactful reforms that benefit both institutions and the communities they serve.

Through the Foundation Builders Program, DMCI Homes will play a key role in propelling ISA’s mission forward.

As part of the Foundation Builders Program, DMCI Homes is set to play an important role in advancing ISA’s mission by providing essential support for its initiatives aimed at promoting governance, sustainability, and positive social outcomes.

The partnership will also focus on fostering lasting change by extending the reach of governance programs to include more government institutions and underserved communities.

Furthermore, DMCI Homes will work on driving collaboration by strengthening ties with organizations that share the same commitment to nation-building and social responsibility.

By committing to the program as a Bronze Partner for 2024 to 2028, DMCI Homes reaffirms its dedication to creating a meaningful and sustainable impact beyond its core real estate business.

The partnership reflects the company’s commitment to building communities and helping create a better future for the Philippines.

For DMCI Homes, this collaboration represents a significant step in strengthening its sustainability and corporate social responsibility agenda while supporting ISA’s vision of transformative governance for the Philippines by 2028.
