Infina Towers, DMCI Homes’ two-tower residential condominium project along Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City, has resumed construction following weeks of stoppage due to the implementation of the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
As of June 2020, the 39-storey North Tower is already at 49 percent complete with structural works already being done at the 31st floor of the structure. The tower which was launched in 2016 is targeted for top off by October this year, putting it on-track for turnover starting September next year.
Construction work similarly has also been progressing well on the 40-storey South Tower which has already risen to eight floors during the same period. The building which started construction in January 2018 is targeted for turnover in September 2022.
Located in between the university town in Katipunan Avenue and the Cubao business district, Infina Towers presents an ideal home proposition for first-time buyers and start-up families.
The property is just a stone’s throw away from the Anonas station of the LRT Recto Avenue-Masinag, Antipolo line, providing an excellent take-off point to prestigious universities like Ateneo de Manila University and UP Diliman as well as growing business centers such as Eastwood City, Ortigas Center, and UP-Techno Hub.
The property has generated huge interest not only among homebuyers but also from investors who are counting on rental income from a growing student population and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) workers in the area.
Further increase in foot traffic is expected in the area because of upcoming government transport infrastructure projects in Quezon City that include the Metro Manila Subway system which has proposed stations in Mindanao Avenue, Tandang Sora, North Avenue, Quezon Avenue, East Avenue, Anonas, Katipunan, Ortigas North, Ortigas South, Kalayaan Avenue, Bonifacio Globe City, Cayetano Boulevard and the Food Terminal Inc. complex.
Both the North and South towers will feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology, allowing light and fresh air to permeate the structures as well as all unit spaces within through three-storey high Sky Patios.
Unlike usual condominium buildings, Infina Towers will have atrium gardens, breezeways, and single-loaded hallways by virtue of DMCI Homes’ design innovation.
For optimum relaxation, residents may indulge in an array of resort-inspired amenities such as lounge areas, snack bar, game area, fitness gym, audio-visual room, pool complex, gazebo, open lawn picnic area, play area, court roof garden, and basketball court.
The exclusive development will also include high-speed elevators, full backup power, fire alarm system, CCTV provisions in strategic locations, and commercial spaces for rent in Manila right at the ground level for the convenience of unit owners.
Infina Towers is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.'s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
