The Icho Building of Kai Garden Residences, DMCI Homes’ first Japanese Garden-inspired condominium located in M. Vicente Street, Mandaluyong City, has started accepting move-ins last January 26, 2024.
The Icho Building, with 41 residential floors, is the second tower of the three-building development to be completed. The first building, Sugi, was turned over in January 2023.
Both the Icho and Sugi buildings were delivered on time, another testament to DMCI Homes' commitment to completing projects as scheduled.
Meanwhile, the third building, Hinoki, with 41 residential levels and four basement parking levels, is undergoing final touch-ups in preparation for occupancy. Sectional turnover for Hinoki is scheduled from June 2024 to January 2025.
Convenient Location
Kai Garden Residences offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units with generous sizes, designed to cater to the needs of young, upwardly mobile professionals and start-up families.
Its convenient location near EDSA, Shaw Boulevard, and the Estrella-Pantaleon bridge provides easy access to urban conveniences.
The property serves as an excellent takeoff point going to prestigious learning institutions such as La Salle Greenhills, Poveda Learning Center, Xavier School, and Immaculate Conception Academy, as well as nearby leisure zones and lifestyle centers like SM Megamall, The Podium, EDSA Shangri-La Mall, and Powerplant Mall.
All residential units in the Icho building adhere to DMCI Homes' time-tested quality standards, backed by a two-year warranty for most deliverables.
Several amenities, including the lounge pool, lap pool, kiddie pool, gym, function hall, amenity pathway, and lounge areas, have already been delivered by DMCI Homes.
Homeowners will also be pleased to know that their units come with commercial-grade fiber internet connection upon move-in. The internet service is unlimited and extends to the common areas of the development.
Japanese Garden
DMCI Homes’ award-winning Concepts and Landscape Team is diligently working on Kai Garden Residences’ much-anticipated Japanese Garden. Patterned after a traditional Japanese Garden, it is designed to be a unique development, featuring an open space that acts as a dynamic garden sanctuary, changing in appearance and ambiance throughout the year.
To maintain authenticity, DMCI Homes will use the Philippine equivalent of popular Japanese flowering trees, such as the iconic Cherry Blossom and Japanese maple trees, as part of the project's vegetation.
Complemented by DMCI Homes’ signature first-rate resort-inspired amenities, the exceptional landscaping at Kai Garden Residences is sure to make condo living a wellness retreat.
