Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is set to deliver the last two buildings of The Atherton along Dr. A. Santos Avenue, Parañaque City this year, beginning with the Helicia building this February.
The 15-storey Helicia building is set for turnover six months after the first building, Oak, was opened to unit owners in August 2022.
