Lemon Toledo loves to have an active lifestyle. A triathlete, an obstacle-course racer, a trail runner, a free-diver, a yogi, among other things, he has always been attracted to places that allow him to balance his passions and his job. A few years ago, he got a job in the accounting industry, located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. To make his commute more efficient, he lived with relatives, who resided near his office. Eventually—and naturally—as he progressed through his career and his passions, he wanted to have his own place.

Then, I also do a lot of running activities, and a park is also near, so I can go there when I want to do a lot of running and training.”

“I've been using the pool most of the time because I'm doing triathlons,” he reveals. “I just recently finished the triathlon race, so I do a lot of my pool-training in our pool. I also invited my family to come over, so they enjoyed the amenities with me, like the children's pool, the basketball court. You can probably do a mini-aquathlon here because we have a running-jogging path. We could probably do a mini-swim-and-run event around the community.”
