Fairway Terraces, DMCI Homes’ residential condominium development in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, has started the move in process for unit owners after construction works of the 19-storey tower along the South Luzon Expressway wrapped up in February this year.
The resort-inspired development began welcoming its first batch of residents this month (February), just in time for its target occupancy schedule of February 2019.
Among the first batch of unit owners to move in are entrepreneur couple Henry and Marilou Martinez who purchased a two-bedroom unit to add to their growing condo investment portfolio.
The couple have become avid supporters of the company ever since they got to stay in a DMCI Homes development—Ohana Place in Las Piñas—during a family outing three years ago.
“We rented a space and we spent three days there with our children. My wife really liked the place.
And so when a “big blessing” was received by the family in 2018, the couple made sure to invest in a couple of two-bedroom units in the mid-rise condo development.
“We bought two two-bedroom units. We’re staying in one unit while we’re renting out the other unit,” Mrs. Martinez said.
Likewise, Mr. Martinez also purchased a two—bedroom unit in Fairway Terraces which he had been admiring from afar when he was still making deliveries for their flower shop business in Makati a couple of years ago.
Seeing their unit for the first time, Mr. Martinez is glad their trusted developer exceeded their expectations anew with Fairway Terraces.
Ang luwang ng lobby tapos ang ganda ng pool,” Mr. Martinez said recalling the first time they got to see the resort-inspired development wherein 60 percent of the 5,000 square meter land area was allotted to green spaces and resort-inspired amenities.
Apart from a lap pool and Sky Lounge, Fairway Terraces’ amenities also include a kiddie pool, garden area, fitness gym, lounge area, kids’ playground, game area, audio-visual room, and sky garden to give residents a true resort-inspired living experience.
“Kahit yung relatives ko, sister ko, napa-wow talaga sila. ‘Wow naman ang ganda naman ng Fairway.’ Gustong gusto namin talaga ang DMCI kasi hindi naman kami bibili ng another DMCI property kung hindi kami satisfied doon sa Ohana,” Mr. Martinez said in praise of their new property.
Mrs. Martinez, for her part, commended the Balinese architecture-themed structure’s atrium gardens and single-loaded corridors which make the hallways airy and create a wide open feel to the building interior.
Saka malamig at mahangin sa loob ng unit,” she said of the design features which are components of DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology.
And with an excellent location near their flower shop business, the couple could not ask for more from their new DMCI Homes property acquisition.
