In a spook-tacular celebration of its 25th anniversary, DMCI Homes threw a fun Halloween bash last October 28, 2024, that delighted employees and their kids.
The event, dubbed SPOOKFLIX: A DMCI Homes Halloween Fair, transformed the DMCI Homes Corporate Center’s multi-purpose gym in Barangay Bangkal, Makati City into a festive fright-fest, where employees and their children donned their most creative costumes for a day overflowing with laughter and celebration.
Organized by a collaborative effort from the Legal, Business Development, Internal Audit, Quality Management, BPU, General Services, IT, Customer Care, Learning & Development, and Marketing departments, SPOOKFLIX was a true reflection of interdependence among DMCI Homes employees—a fitting tribute to the company’s 25th anniversary theme.
Like DMCI Homes’ “Carnival” and “Wellness Day” anniversary side events in July and August, SPOOKFLIX demonstrated the company’s commitment to fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee well-being.
Throughout the activity, attendees enjoyed trick-or-treat stations, a fun magic show, a photo booth, and plenty of games for both kids and adults.
Free goodies and candies and exciting raffle prizes contributed to the festive atmosphere.
Themed booths kept the excitement going, with attractions like the Inside: Horror House drawing lines of attendees eager to experience the scares.
Attendees also explored the Skibidi booth and themed areas like the La Casa De Papel Jail Booth as well as Book City, where kids enjoyed an inflatable slide, books, and board games.
Other attractions, like the Mystery Box and Boos or Booze, added even more variety and thrill to the Halloween experience.
True to DMCI Homes’ dedication to giving back, fines collected from the La Casa De Papel Jail Booth will be donated to a selected charity, much like the proceeds from the “Carnival” and “Wellness Day” events.
Meanwhile, food booths, including CrisTea, Nacho Station, Jen’s Kitchen Creations, PD’s Juice bar, and more, offered delicious snacks and refreshments for attendees to enjoy.
SPOOKFLIX not only strengthened the bond among employees and their families but also celebrated the collective spirit that makes DMCI Homes unique.
