Backed by strong demand for residential spaces in the area, DMCI Homes’ Infina Towers project along Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City has already generated P8.615 billion in reservation sales and is now close to selling out the remaining inventory.
As of November 17 this year, the two-tower resort-inspired development is at 92 percent sold, with total inventory now down to the last 185 units.
“We're optimistic of selling out the remaining units soon because of the strategic location of the project and future growth prospects in the area," DMCI Homes Assistant Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said.
Property consultancy firms earlier said planned government infrastructure projects such as the Metro Manila Subway system are seen to raise the prices of land and properties within a kilometer from the subway’s stations.
Two of the proposed stations of the subway system—Anonas and Katipunan Avenue—are located minutes away from the two-tower resort-inspired project.
Property consultancy firm Colliers International in its 2019 third quarter report said it sees sustained residential demand from investors and local employees with Quezon City, the Bay Area and Ortigas Center dominating take-up across the country’s capital.
Suitable for first-time buyers, start-up families and investors, Infina Towers aims to offer easy access to transportation links, urban amenities and proximity to Quezon City's university belt area.
Infina Towers’ two buildings, 39-residential level North Tower and the 40-residential level South Tower, offer a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 27.50 to 89 square meters in gross floor area. The units are reasonably priced at P3.601 million onwards.
The North and South Towers which are slated for turnover in September 2021 and September 2022 respectively, feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology that maximizes natural light and ventilation in the building including inside the units through several three-storey high Sky Patios.
Likewise, atrium gardens, breezeways, and single-loaded hallways which are also components of the DMCI Homes’ design innovation, create a wide open feel to the building interior.
Future residents can also expect a wide array of resort-inspired amenities to create a vacation atmosphere in the middle of the city. These include lounge areas, snack bar, game area, fitness gym, audio-visual room, sky lounge, function room, pool complex, gazebo, open lawn picnic area, play area, court roof garden, and basketball court.
Infina Towers is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio City, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.'s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
