DMCI Homes receives 10th BCI Asia Top 10 Developers award

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes continues to cement its sterling reputation in the Philippine real estate industry after being honored anew as one of the country’s Top 10 Developers in this year’s BCI Asia Awards.

Corporate Communications Manager Butch Mendizabal received the award on behalf of DMCI Homes during the BCI Asia’s Top 10 Awards annual program, which coincided with BCI BUILDCON Manila event at the SMX Convention Centre Manila last June 21.

“This is our 10th award from BCI Asia and it means a lot to our organization as it reflects DMCI Homes’ consistency in giving the best products to our valued customers," Mendizabal said.

Now on its 17th year, the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards has become one of the most coveted awards in the regional building and construction industry.

The annual event provides an overview of the regional building and construction industry by recognizing the top architectural firms and developers that had the greatest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia.

BCI Asia said the Top Ten Developers award recognizes developer firms with the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar as weighted by the extent of their sustainability and confirmed green building ratings.

DMCI Homes also earned the recognition in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
