DMCI Homes residents have fun in Community Quiz Night amid pandemic

Social gatherings may still be discouraged amid the coronavirus pandemic but it does not mean that homeowners of DMCI Homes communities cannot bond and have some fun with their fellow residents.

In lieu of traditional activities, DMCI Homes’ property management offices have been organizing online activities to keep the residents’ community spirit alive despite the limitations of the pandemic.

One of these activities is the Community Quiz Night, a Facebook Live event which allows homeowners of DMCI Homes properties to compete for a prize against their fellow residents.

In the online quiz, participating families battle it out in answering three levels of multiple-choice questionnaire.

The faster the participants are able to answer each question, the higher the scores will be recorded in their favor. The top three families with the highest scores at the end of the competition will win exciting prizes from the Property Management Office.

Winners lauded DMCI Homes and their PMOs for initiating activities that promote a sense of community among residents despite the pandemic.

“First time to have this kind of activity exclusively for DMCI Homeowners and I felt the excitement to join. I felt the camaraderie among the homeowners. It’s great that DMCI has this activities,” Aisha Abdul-Rahman, a resident of Maple Place in Acacia Estates, Taguig said.

“I appreciate the thought and effort put into the set design, hosts, the quiz platform, and most especially the questions.  I am impressed. It exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much for doing a good job,” Leia Carunungan, a resident of La Verti Residences in Pasay City said.
