“We like the condominium staff. There are many good services that they provide such as customer and client relations, pest control, cleaning, etc,” he shared.

Vincent said the PMO has been very helpful especially during this time of uncertainty by implementing measures that ensure the safety and security of residents.

“The visitor control was really beneficial. I am satisfied with the Property Management Office (PMO), though of course, like in all organizations, there is still room for improvement,” he related.

Moreover, Vincent is happy they got what they envisioned exactly for a home for their daughter, Vera.

“Our baby is two years old now and we can say with confidence that we were able to experience that environment of cleanliness, comfort, and security at the Calathea Place,” he beamed.
