The Icho Building of Kai Garden Residences, DMCI Homes’ first Japanese Garden-inspired condominium located in M. Vicente Street, Mandaluyong City, has started accepting move-ins last January 26, 2024.

The Icho Building, with 41 residential floors, is the second tower of the three-building development to be completed. The first building, Sugi, was turned over in January 2023.
