The recognition was presented during the BCI Asia Awards 2023 held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Hotel on June 16. Corporate Communications Manager Butch Mendizabal accepted the award on behalf of DMCI Homes. 

Mendizabal said the award further solidifies DMCI Homes' reputation as a leading developer committed to providing top-quality properties.

Now on its 18th year, the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards has established itself as one of the most sought-after awards in the regional building and construction industry.  

The annual event aims to showcase the accomplishments of the top architectural firms and developers that have made significant contributions to the built environment in Southeast Asia. 

The Top 10 Developers award acknowledges developer firms based on the total value of projects under construction during the previous calendar year. The evaluation criteria also consider the extent of sustainability and confirmed green building ratings achieved by the developers.
