The company received its 12th Top 10 Developers Award at the BCI Asia Awards Philippines 2024, held on September 27, 2024, at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. 

The award was accepted by Butch Mendizabal, DMCI Homes’ Corporate Communications Manager. 

Mendizabal said the award is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability in real estate.

Now in its 19th year, the BCI Asia Awards has solidified its place as one of the most prestigious recognitions in the regional building and construction industry. 

The annual event celebrates the top architectural firms and developers in Southeast Asia, recognizing their significant contributions to the built environment. 

BCI Asia’s Top 10 Developers Award is given to companies based on the total value of their projects under construction in the previous year. Also, the evaluation criteria consider the extent of sustainability practices and green building certifications achieved by the developers.
