DMCI Homes’ Parañaque condo nears turnover

DMCI Homes’ The Atherton development along Dr. A. Santos Avenue, Parañaque City, remains on track of its construction schedule and is slated to welcome its first batch of residents in August this year.

As of February this year, the construction of The Atherton’s first building, Oak, is already 91 percent complete and with such pace, is guaranteed to meet ready for occupancy (RFO) status by the second half of 2022.
