DMCI Homes, Presello team up for 'The Amazing Home Makeover Project'

Leading developer of resort-inspired condominium communities, DMCI Homes, has partnered with real estate broker, Presello Realty Group Inc., to produce a series of home makeover online videos that aims to demonstrate quality homebuilding and construction management.

Dubbed as The Amazing Home Makeover Project, the four-part online series will showcase how DMCI Homes’ in-house team of expert builders work together seamlessly and interdependently to bring life and transform a worn-down three-storey house in Mahogany Place 1 Subdivision in Acacia Estates, Taguig City into a charming, contemporary family home suited for modern living.

Architect Rina Soriano, DMCI Homes Vice President for Architectural and Interior Design, spearheaded the project together with the real estate company’s capable and dependable teams from Design & Engineering, Interior Design, Fit-out, and Landscaping.

“DMCI Homes has in-house capabilities that not all developers of condominiums have. We aim to showcase all of these skills on a smaller scale through this special project,” Soriano said.

“With The Amazing Home Makeover Project, we hope to share to the public, especially to aspiring homeowners and the design and construction enthusiasts, what we have learned over the years about quality homebuilding and construction management,” she added.

Julia Richards, host of Presello’s well-followed home tour videos, will also be hosting The Amazing Home Makeover Project.

The Amazing Home Makeover Project will be shown in Presello’s YouTube channel as well as DMCI Homes’ official social media platforms.

Apart from the four main episodes that will culminate in the grand reveal of the made-over home, there will also be eight director’s cut episodes where DMCI Homes expert homebuilders will share their experiences and tips on interior design, engineering, fit-out, and landscaping.
