DMCI Homes projects bag awards in The Outlook 2018 by Lamudi Philippines

For the second straight year, DMCI Homes has received commendation for its quality residential condominium developments in The Outlook 2018 by property portal Lamudi Philippines.

Co-presented by the Philippine Daily Inquirer Property, this year’s awardees were honored in a black-tie gala event at the Makati Shangri-La last November 15.

DMCI Homes’ first Japanese architecture-inspired development - Kai Garden Residences - won the Best Premium Condo of the Year in Luzon (Amenities) of The Outlook 2018 which is based on a survey participated in by at least 10,000 active property seekers.  Kai Garden Residences is located in M. Vicente Street, Mandaluyong City.

On the other hand, Verdon Parc, DMCI Homes’ initial foray into the Davao property market was Highly Commended in the Best Premium Condo of the Year in Visayas & Mindanao category.

DMCI Homes previously received the “Developer with the Best Value for Money” award in the first run of The Outlook in 2017.
