Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has opened a new access road inside its Acacia Estates township in Taguig City to give residents an alternative route going in and out of the 150-hectare residential community.
The newly-constructed road, which provides Acacia Estates residents direct access to Circumferential Road 6 (C-6) and Bicutan via M.L Quezon Road, was opened for use last August 6, 2020.
The alternate route is accessible from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for motorists with valid Acacia Estates car and motorcycle stickers. Taxis and Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) transporting residents are also allowed entry provided that drivers leave identification cards to the Acacia Estates security.
The development of the access road is seen to significantly ease traffic on Acacia Estates’ neighboring residential roads particularly along Cayetano Boulevard formerly Levi Mariano Avenue.
DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said another access road going to Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) via Maria Tinga Road is also being developed to further make it convenient for Acacia Estates residents to enter and exit the community.
“DMCI Homes continues to work with the Taguig government to address the needs of our residents and contribute to the city’s further development,” Yap said.
“We hope our initiatives will help facilitate traffic safety and efficiency and also further boost local businesses’ growth prospects,” he added.
Situated in a thriving district in Taguig City, Acacia Estates offers exquisite living spaces with excellent proximity to McKinley Hill, Bonifacio Global City, Makati City and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Since 2007, DMCI Homes’ largest land bank has been home to over 8,000 families living in various themed subdivisions and condominium communities.
