Demand for new residential condominium units developed by DMCI Homes remains upbeat, with a strong pickup in sales recorded between January-March 2025.
The Quadruple A developer recorded a significant increase in sales of ready-for-occupancy (RFO) units across DMCI Homes completed buildings nationwide.
RFO units now account for 44% of total condominium sales, up from 25% in 2024, with 503 units sold.
In terms of value, RFO sales reached Php3.572 billion, inclusive of units and parking, more than doubling the Php1.74 billion posted during the same period last year.
A big jump in the sale of RFO units demonstrates increased demand for residential condominiums developed by DMCI Homes heading into 2025 – a testament to the company’s reputation in the industry.
Spotlight on new ready-for-occupancy projects
Appetite for units at the Allegra Garden Place and The Crestmont properties, which are two of DMCI Homes’ newest ready-for-occupancy developments in Metro Manila, soared during the first three months of the year.
Allegra Garden Place, a two-tower development along Pasig Boulevard in Pasig City, saw 90 new units sold during the period, an increase from the 60 units sold in the first quarter of 2024. Residents of the project’s 56-story Amina building have started moving in July 2024, while owners of the 55-story Soraya tower expect to receive the keys to their units by July this year.
Meanwhile, a more than double increase in sales has been reported for The Crestmont at 37 units sold during the quarter, rising from 14 units in the same period last year. Located along Panay Avenue in Quezon City, The Crestmont began the turnover of units in December 2024.
Demand for residential developments of DMCI Homes remains strong this year, with units at Allegra Garden Place and The Crestmont facing high demand given their convenient location, breathtaking views, as well as the relaxing resort-style design and amenities. As of end-March 2025, signed rentals under the HomeReady™ program nearly doubled to cover 332 units from just 147 units in the first quarter of last year. A steady market for pre-selling condo units further demonstrates the resilient appetite of both new homeowners and real estate investors.
