DMCI Homes bags Best Developer Website in Asia Pacific Property Awards

In its first attempt to enter the Asia Pacific Property Awards, DMCI Homes earned accolade as it was awarded the Best Developer Website plum last May 8 and 9, 2014.

Having obtained the Asia Pacific Property Awards's "Five Star" commendation for the Best Developer Website category implies DMCI Homes' top development website status in the Philippines.

The win was formally announced at the grand awarding ceremony at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia early this month.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards is a part of the world-renowned International Property Awards (IPA) where the top winners in the different regions –Asia Pacific, United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Arabia, Canada, Central and South America, Africa, and the Caribbean– automatically compete against each other at global level.

At the regional property awards, "Five Star"-winners from each country contend against each other to determine the region's top awardee for the different categories the countries choose to participate in.

Since its inauguration in 1995, the IPA is known to celebrate and acclaim "the highest level of achievements" in real estate, development, architecture, interior design, and marketing.
